Why we started

Nico Hessel’s journey with Upwork began when he was running a content creation agency. They were struggling to sign clients and had tried everything; Cold Calls, Cold Emails, Cold DMs, but they were seeing limited returns.

Within 4 months of properly utilizing Upwork, Nico’s agency had added $15,000 in monthly revenue to their business. And during that process, they created an automated system that produced hundreds of leads. 

After using Upwork to add $15,000 in monthly revenue to his own agency, Nico began helping other service-based B2B Businesses do the same, and Upwork Outbound was born.
