Before Upwork Outbound: 


When we began working with LeadVerti, they were struggling to find a channel that would provide them with consistent, high quality leads. They had tried Upwork in the past, but had seen limited returns. They understood the potential, but simply didn’t have the time to keep testing different proposals. 


In December of 2023 LeadVerti onboarded us as consultants to help them write new scripts and optimize their profile. Following some initial success, we took full control over their Upwork account, began submitting proposals, and built our systems and processes into their business. 

After Upwork Outbound:


We quickly realized they weren’t seeing results because their proposals were too long and their search criteria weren't specific enough. On top of that, they weren’t submitting enough proposals.


We began submitting 40 proposals per week (4x their previous volume), to jobs that matched their updated search criteria. And within 3 months we had generated $10,000 in new business from Upwork.

Social Sync Marketing is Nico Hessel’s previous marketing agency. They are no longer active as he shifted his focus to Upwork Outbound. In early 2023, Social Sync Marketing went through a 5 month slow period that had Nico worried. Cold calling was their primary outreach strategy, but when this slow period hit, Nico knew they needed to add an additional stream of revenue. They tried cold email, cold DMs, and even running Facebook ads. But they saw limited success with each of these methods. Nico heard about Upwork from a competitor who had used it to generate $180,000 in revenue the previous year. When Nico made the decision to get on Upwork, his business saw immediate results. Within 30 days of launching this Upwork initiative they had closed a $1,600 monthly retainer. When that happened, Nico knew he had to double down and submit more proposals. Nico started scaling this new outreach method, and within just a few months they were consistently generating $15,000 in monthly revenue from Upwork.
